Mix together and knead until soft and combined. Roll out thin and cut into skinny strips. Boil and serve with traditional cream gravy and Farmer Sausage.
If you're lucky enough to have a noodle machine, or even better, a Braun machine with attachments, like I am, it is so much fun to make. My girls always love to help 'catch' the noodles as they come out of the cutting attachment.

I was lucky enough to find three attachments at a garage sale a few years back. I don't know what I'll do if my Braun machine ever dies!
