You asked for it...

CK, this one's for you.

My Special, Super-Gooey, Extra Yummy, Calorie-filled Cinnamon Bun Recipe

Dough:
1 pkg (3 1/2 oz) vanilla instant pudding
2 cups hot milk
1/2 cup warm water
2 Tbsp melted margarine
2 Tbsp sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp salt
6 cups flour, divided
2 pkgs dry instant yeast (2 Tbsp)

In food processor or mixer, mix pudding with milk; add water, eggs, salt, margarine and sugar. Set aside. In separate bowl, mix yeast with approximately 2 cups flour. Add to pudding mixture; beat until smooth. Add remaining flour gradually, mixing continually. Place dough in greased bowl. Let rise until double, about 1 hour. Punch down and let rise again. I don't usually let it rise twice, but you can if you have the patience :-) Roll out and spread with melted margarine, brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll up and cut into slices. Pinch edges to seal. Place on greased 9X13" pans. Cover and let rise until fluffy. Bake at 350 degrees for 7 to 10 minutes. Remove from oven and pour sauce over all, then return to oven and continue baking for another 5 to 7 minutes or until brown and cooked through. Makes 3 to 4 dozen. Freezes well, either before or after baking.

Sauce:
1 cup margarine
1/2 to 3/4 cup whipping cream
2 to 3 cups brown sugar
1 cup corn syrup
These measurements are approximate. You may adjust them as you like. Combine all in small sauce pan. Bring to boil, stirring to dissolve sugar; cook for about 5 minutes. Pour it while still hot over hot cinnamon buns.

Enjoy, and don't forget to call when they're ready! I'll bring the coffee.
