My Mother-In-Law's Paska

And this is what I did this morning...

Paska Buns
2 cups scalded milk
1/2 cup margarine
3 Tbsp instant yeast
8 to 8 + 1/2 cups flour
4 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1 pkg instant lemon pudding
3/4 warm water
1 + 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 tsp RealLemon juice

Scald milk with margarine, stirring until melted. Meanwhile, in separate bowl, mix yeast with about 1 cup of flour. Pour milk into flour mixture. Add remaining ingredients. Knead until soft and well combined. Let rise in bowl for about 30-45 minutes. Roll out into buns and let rise another 45-60 minutes. Bake at 300 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

Icing - The Best Part!
1 to 2 Tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 to 2 Tbsp melted butter
2 to 3 cups icing sugar
Mix until well combined and smooth. Add 1 tin of Betty Crocker whipped cream cheese frosting. Mix well. spread icing over each bun and top with sprinkles! Mmm...Mmmmm good!
